We have to wait to be notified by your Education Provider before we can take any action on your instalment plan with us.
First they have to confirm that the course has been cancelled. The second steps is for the Education Provider to process a refund to us, returning the funds that we sent to them prior to the start of your course.
We have to wait for both of these steps to be completed before we can settle your account, this means that our agreement with you - your instalment plan - has to continue until we get final confirmation or a refund from your Education Provider.
Once both of these steps have been concluded, we will be in touch with you straight away to confirm the cancellation of your credit agreement with us.
