Knoma sends you a reminder 7 days before your next payment is due. We'll also send you an SMS and an email letting you know an automatic payment has failed.

Please make sure you contact us as soon as you notice any problems with your payments to avoid any additional charges being added to your loan.

We want to get you back on track as soon as possible and we certainly don't want you getting into further financial stress, so if you are worried you won't be able to make a payment, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do to support you.
