At Knoma, we've set ourselves high standards and believe in lending responsibly. This is why we consider every application carefully before approving it. Essentially, we're assessing whether you'll be able to repay your loan comfortably.

If you still get into trouble, (it can happen to the best of us!), we'll contact you immediately to see if we can help. If you're facing hardship, we'll work with you to get you back on track.

If you're worried about future repayments, we urge you to contact us now to speak with one of our helpful team members. This is because missing a payment, without speaking to us, can result in additional charges to your loan.

Missed payments that remain unresolved will incur a charge of £7.50. To help you manage your loan and ensure you have enough funds to meet your repayments, we will send you a reminder shortly before a payment is due.

We report our loans to the credit bureau. This means missed payments can make it more difficult, or more expensive, for you to obtain credit with other providers. It can also affect our ability to provide you further services.

If you're worried about future repayments, please contact us now to speak with one of our helpful team members.
