If you are an approved partner we have already added your courses into our system manually. When you add a Course ID for the first time SDK will try to match the course information on your page to the existing information in our system, but this message means we were unable to match your Course ID in our system automatically. This can be resolved by speaking to the Knoma team directly using the link below. Please be sure to include information about the course such as name, full URL, price and unique ID.
